EXCHANGE AND RETURN 

Please read the information below relevant to your situation.

The link to access the “return portal” is at the bottom of the page.

Unfortunately, we no longer do exchanges. However, you can return unwanted items for a refund and place a new order with the desired item in the size/color of your choice.

This new procedure allows you to have your new products in the right size or colors much more quickly. With the old exchange system it could take between 2 to 3 weeks to receive your exchange. (2 days to process your return request, 2 days for the customer to ship the package, 3 days for transport, 5 to 10 days to process packages returned to our warehouse, 2 days for transport to receive your new package)


RETURN POLICY

SKKIL gives you the possibility of returning products from all orders placed on www.skkil.com.
For packages lost during shipment to the recipient, Skkil is responsible for the new shipment and the products ordered.
If the package is lost during the return, the customer is responsible for the loss of the returned products and will not be reimbursed. And this whether it is Skkil who provides the return label or whether it is the customer who is responsible for the return shipping.

For orders shipped to a country in the European Union
Return shipping costs apply and will be deducted from your refund. (see below the amounts corresponding to your country)
France: €8
Germany / Belgium / Luxembourg / Netherlands: €12
Austria / Denmark / Spain / Italy / Portugal: €14
Bulgaria / Croatia / Estonia / Finland / Sweden / Greece / Hungary / Ireland / Latvia / Lithuania / Poland / Czech Republic / Romania / Slovakia / Slovenia: €16

Special conditions for ski poles:
We believe that the photos and descriptions of the poles are precise enough to validate your choice. In addition, to choose your size, a personal investigation must be carried out before ordering.
Don't wait to receive the poles to try on the size and then refine your decision on the size that suits you.
Shipping of ski poles into an increased cost category due to the length of the package and is very expensive.
For all these reasons, we accept returns but the return costs for sticks will be the responsibility of the customer, plus a return cost of €5 will be deducted from the refund.
If a return concerns several items but one of the items returned is ski poles, we accept returns but the return costs for products will be the responsibility of the customer plus a return fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping must be with a tracking number and communicated to us by email.


For all orders delivered to a country outside the European Union:
The return of products is the responsibility of the customer. A return fee of €5 will then be deducted from your refund. Return shipping must be with a tracking number and communicated to us by email.

SKKIL applies a 14-day returns policy.
Any return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition with the labels and notices still attached.
Please carefully follow the procedure below for your return.
Please note that the return may be refused and not refunded if these instructions are not followed.

If an item received is considered defective, it is necessary to contact our customer service using the contact form within 7 days of receipt.


RETURN PROCEDURE


1/Make a return request on the “RETURN portal”

The customer is invited to make their return request through their customer account by connecting to the Skkil.com website or directly to the following address https://my-account.skkil.com
The customer must choose the order concerned and click on "request a return" and follow the procedure.

Once the request is accepted, the customer will receive a return label by email if they are part of the European Union. If the customer is based outside the European Union he will have to be responsible for labeling the return package. Return shipping must be with a tracking number and communicated to us by email.

2/Return the item(s)

For returns made from an EU member country
Place the item(s) in the envelope or in its original carton or other sturdy cardboard box.
Attach a copy of the commercial invoice provided in your initial package, cross out the items that you did not place in the shipping box.
Close the box with adhesive tape.
Use the return label provided by Customer Service and place it on the shipping box.
Make sure your package does not have any other shipping or tracking labels.
Drop off your package at a post office

For returns made from a country outside the EU
Place the item(s) in the envelope or in its original carton or other sturdy cardboard box.
Attach a copy of the commercial invoice provided in your initial package, cross out the items that you did not place in the shipping box.
Please complete customs formalities.
Close the box with adhesive tape.
Make sure your package does not have any other shipping or tracking labels.
Arrange shipping with the carrier of your choice, shipping is the customer's responsibility. The return shipment must be with a tracking number and the tracking number must be communicated to us by email.
The items must be returned to the address appearing on the return validation email.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Items must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as they were delivered, with labels and instructions. The above policy also applies during sales.
