HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS?
Chest size :Raise your arms slightly and, using a tape measure, measure around your chest, making sure to cross your shoulder blades and the widest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Size: body height:To measure your height, you need a tape measure. Stand up straight and have someone help you measure from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.
Head circumference :To measure your head circumference, go around your head with a tape measure, making sure to go over the forehead and over the ears.
Circumference turn of hand:Measure the circumference of your open hand at the widest point of the palm.
Bust height :With someone's help, measure the vertical distance between your shoulder line (the horizontal line passing through the top of both your shoulders) and your hip line (the horizontal line passing through both your hips).
